Senior Learning Designer

Admiral Insurance Plc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Learning Studio, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop engaging learning pathways and assets that cater to various learning styles and preferences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning requirements and develop solutions that meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of learning science and human-centered design principles to inform learning design decisions.
- Work closely with the Learning Designers, Learning Facilitators, Digital Media Developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of learning solutions.
- Conduct quality reviews and testing of learning assets to ensure they meet quality standards and learning objectives.
- Integrate learning measurements and analysis to inform learning design decisions and improve learning outcomes.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering blended learning solutions for diverse audiences.
- Expertise in learning approaches, design of learning assets, and channels.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to drive excellence and promote a learner-centric approach.
- Advanced knowledge of digital learning principles and practices, as well as awareness of current and future trends.
- Ability to inspire and challenge all levels of staff, with a good understanding of learning and developer technologies.
