Senior Learning Designer - Blended Learning Expert

Admiral Insurance Plc is seeking a Senior Learning Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Learning Studio, you will be responsible for designing and curating engaging learning pathways and resources that meet the needs of our diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop blended learning solutions that incorporate face-to-face, virtual, and on-demand learning assets
  • Present design concepts and proposed solutions to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the wider team to define and create new learning solutions
  • Guide and support learning designers and the wider learning community

Requirements:

  • Expertise in learning design and development
  • Experience in creating learning assets for a wide range of professionals
  • Advanced knowledge of digital learning principles and practices
  • Ability to inspire and challenge all levels of staff

Reporting Lines:

  • Reports to the Learning Studio Manager
  • Works closely with Learning Designers, Learning Facilitators, Digital Media Developers, and Learning Managers

Location:

Admiral Group has a flexible working policy with remote, office, and hybrid working options.
