About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Designer to join our dynamic team at Admiral Insurance Plc. As a key member of our Learning Studio, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and curate engaging learning pathways and resources that cater to diverse audiences.
  • Present design concepts and proposed solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop a range of learning solutions, including face-to-face, virtual, on-demand, and digital learning assets.
  • Collaborate with developers to bring storyboards to life and ensure seamless execution.
  • Deliver training sessions and guide facilitators and coaches to ensure effective content delivery.
  • Quality review and test learning assets to ensure they meet approved concepts and quality standards.
  • Integrate learning measurements and analyze insights to inform continuous improvement.
  • Work with the wider team to define and create new learning solutions, including designing prototypes and learning assets.
  • Guide and support learning designers and the wider learning community as required.
Requirements
  • Expertise in a wide range of learning approaches, design of learning assets, and channels.
  • A highly collaborative spirit and a drive for excellence.
  • Experience in creating learning assets for a diverse range of professionals across various sectors.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital learning principles and practices, as well as awareness of current and future trends.
  • Leadership skills, promoting a learner-centric approach and advocating for best practices in learning design.
  • A good understanding of learning and developer technologies.
  • An excellent eye for detail and ability to analyze learning insights.
  • A broad knowledge of applied learning science and human-centric design.
  • Ability to inspire and challenge all levels of staff.
