This includes assisting customers in selecting the most suitable subscription product and fostering long-term retention, engagement, and loyalty.


We will equip you with the necessary training to become a knowledgeable expert on Financial Times content and platforms, allowing you to engage in meaningful conversations with our customers.

Assist Financial Times readers in maximizing the value of our digital offerings by aligning their interests with relevant content, tools, and features, ensuring they are subscribed to the most appropriate package for their needs.


  • Become a knowledgeable expert on content, tools, and features across all Financial Times platforms. This involves daily engagement with Financial Times content and utilizing available resources to stay informed about new product features, popular content, and regional trends.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for product enhancement by gathering customer insights and collaborating with various teams to drive potential improvements.
  • Take responsibility for your performance against Key Performance Indicators, including contact rates, call acceptance rates, appointment conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and retention.
Capable of engaging in meaningful conversations, asking insightful questions, and persuading effectively over the phone.

  • Enjoys reading Financial Times content or similar material.
