We are a leading recruitment firm collaborating with a renowned Global Consultancy seeking a Solution Architect for a key client engagement.

Role Summary:

The Total Reward Solution Architect, specializing in Performance & Goals and Compensation modules within SuccessFactors, plays a crucial role in supporting the Performance & Reward teams in HRIT and Enterprise Technology. This position encompasses both project-based and ongoing operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technical authority on the configuration and functionality of SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Compensation modules.
  • Develop Proof of Concepts to illustrate potential solutions.
  • Analyze existing configurations and provide rationale for current setups.
  • Communicate options effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental standards and established processes.
  • Oversee system enhancements and improvements.
  • Manage tactical incident resolution and problem recovery.

In this role, you will:

  • Demonstrate deep technical knowledge of SuccessFactors modules and their interdependencies.
  • Lead full life cycle annual Performance & Compensation rounds from planning to execution.
  • Design and maintain Performance and Integrated Compensation Templates, managing extensive data fields.
  • Navigate corporate reward complexities, including eligibility rules and budget management.
  • Utilize XML for creating and enhancing pay statement templates.
  • Contribute to enhancing technical solutions that improve employee performance experiences.
  • Coordinate service enhancements that elevate customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams to implement enhancements.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of HR Technology systems.
  • Apply analytical skills to resolve diverse problems and incidents.
  • Evaluate change requests for potential impacts and opportunities.
  • Conduct configuration and unit testing.
  • Adhere to IT policies and standards to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Compensation modules.
  • Experience with complex employee-facing applications.
  • Background in global IT project deployments.
  • Familiarity with analytical methodologies.
  • Experience in IT Operations or Development roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement change effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with IT vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Recent experience in drafting functional specifications and design documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with APIs.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Familiarity with HTML.
  • Agile methodology experience.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation capabilities.
