Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with a strong background in Performance and Compensation systems. This role offers a hybrid working environment, allowing flexibility while contributing to impactful projects. Brookwood Recruitment collaborates with a leading International Consultancy that specializes in technology-driven transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Solution Architect, you will:
- Serve as a technical authority on the configuration and functionality of SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Compensation Modules.
- Develop Proof of Concepts to illustrate innovative solutions.
- Analyze existing configurations and provide insights into their effectiveness.
- Communicate options and recommendations to senior stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Ensure adherence to established standards and processes.
- Implement system enhancements and manage incident recovery.
- Collaborate with distributed teams to deliver improvements.
- Utilize analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Assess change requests for potential impacts and identify associated risks.
- Conduct configuration and unit testing.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- In-depth technical expertise in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Compensation Modules.
- Experience with complex employee-facing applications and global IT project deployments.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with IT Operations or Development.
- A proactive approach to process improvement and change implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information effectively.
- Experience in drafting functional specifications and design documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio).
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with APIs and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Agile methodology experience.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation capabilities.
