Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Performance Specialist to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective reward solutions that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement job architecture and job levelling methodologies to inform reward and career path opportunities
  • Design and implement performance management systems that drive business outcomes
  • Provide market benchmarking and data analytics to inform compensation strategy
  • Work with clients to understand and qualify their compensation strategy
  • Develop pay philosophy, salary structure design, and pay-for-performance analysis
  • Design and implement high-impact sales incentive programmes
  • Help organisations develop core, leadership, and functional competencies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in compensation and performance management
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Clear, concise, and confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
