About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at Hays Human Resources. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the identification of Material Risk Takers and Code Staff, as well as maintaining the list for European regulated entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits projects, including annual cycles and global projects.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless vendor management and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement benefits and compensation change programmes, including new roll-outs and communications.
Requirements
  • Proven knowledge of benefits and compensation across Europe, including understanding of different compensation packages for individual companies.
  • Experience with Compensation systems (e.g., Workday, MarketPay, Payfactors) and Benefits systems (e.g., li>).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
