Compensation Specialist Opportunity

Join a leading financial services company as a Compensation Specialist, working closely with senior leaders to develop and implement compensation strategies across various geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with heads of functions and C-Suite to design and execute compensation plans, including executive compensation, bonuses, and LTIPs.
  • Provide expert advice on compensation structures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the people team to develop and implement compensation strategies, including competitive salary analysis and market research.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of executive compensation processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of advising C-Suite leaders on compensation matters.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Senior-level experience in compensation, preferably in a VP or Director role.
