Compensation Specialist - VP, Financial Services/Asset Management

Join a leading financial services company as a Compensation Specialist, working closely with the C-Suite to develop and implement compensation strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of executive compensation processes and a ability to analyze complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to design and implement compensation programs
  • Analyze market data and trends to inform compensation decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR and finance teams
  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters
  • Collaborate with the people team to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
Requirements:
  • Experience in financial services, with a focus on executive compensation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with HR systems, such as Workday and MarketPay
