Overview:
Are you a seasoned Solution Architect with a strong background in Performance and Compensation systems? Brookwood Recruitment is collaborating with a prominent International Consultancy that specializes in technology-driven transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Solution Architect, you will:
  • Serve as a technical authority on the configuration and functionality of SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Compensation Modules.
  • Develop Proof of Concepts to illustrate innovative solutions.
  • Analyze existing configurations and provide justifications for current setups.
  • Communicate options effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with established standards and processes.
  • Oversee system enhancements and manage incident recovery.

Your expertise will be crucial in understanding the interconnections across various SuccessFactors Modules, including EC, TAO, Reporting, RBP, and Integrations.


Additionally, you will:

  • Lead the full lifecycle of annual Performance and Compensation rounds, from planning to execution.
  • Configure and maintain Performance Templates and Integrated Compensation Templates.
  • Navigate corporate Reward complexities, including eligibility rules and budget groups.
  • Utilize XML to enhance pay statement templates and manage bulk launches.

Required Skills:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • In-depth technical expertise in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Compensation Modules.
  • Experience with complex employee-facing applications.
  • Background in global IT project deployments.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in drafting functional specifications and design documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with APIs and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Agile methodology experience.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
