Job Overview:
The Total Rewards Solution Architect, focusing on Performance & Goals and Compensation SuccessFactors Modules, plays a crucial role in supporting the Performance & Reward teams within HRIT and Client Enterprise Technology. This position encompasses both project-related tasks and ongoing operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical authority on the configuration and functionality of SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Compensation Modules.
- Develop Proof of Concepts to illustrate potential solutions.
- Assess the current system setup and provide insights into its rationale.
- Communicate options effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with environmental standards and established processes.
- Oversee the delivery of system enhancements.
- Manage tactical incident recovery and problem resolution.
In this role, you will:
- Demonstrate deep technical expertise in SuccessFactors Modules while understanding interdependencies across all related modules.
- Lead the complete lifecycle of annual Performance & Pay rounds from planning through to conclusion.
- Configure and maintain Performance and Integrated Compensation Templates, managing extensive data fields.
- Navigate corporate Reward complexities, including eligibility rules and budget management.
- Utilize XML to enhance pay statement templates and execute bulk launches.
- Contribute to the development of technical solutions that enhance employee performance experiences.
- Coordinate service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with distributed teams to implement enhancements.
- Gain insights into HR Technology systems.
- Employ analytical skills to resolve complex problems and incidents.
- Evaluate change requests for potential impacts and business opportunities.
- Conduct configuration and unit testing.
- Adhere to IT policies and standards to ensure quality and compliance.
Required Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Compensation Modules.
- Experience with complex employee-facing applications.
- Background in global IT project delivery.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques.
- Experience in IT Operations or Development.
- Proven track record of process improvement and change implementation.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
- Experience collaborating with IT vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in creating functional specifications and design documentation.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio).
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with APIs.
- Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Familiarity with HTML.
