About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Client Service team at AlphaSights. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in sourcing US-based experts and working closely with colleagues in Hong Kong, Seoul, Tokyo, and Shanghai to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expert Sourcing: You will spend a significant portion of your day speaking with experts who are uniquely relevant matches for our clients' projects, often under tight deadlines.
  • Project and Market Context: You will be responsible for understanding the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which our clients and experts operate.
  • Client-Expert Communication: You will take ownership of every aspect of your projects, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration between them.
  • Commercial and Client Management Skills: You will have the opportunity to develop transferable commercial and client management skills, including professional communications, negotiation, persuasion, project and time management.
  • Career Advancement: Successful completion of the Associate Program may qualify you for our MBA Tuition Program, which provides financial support towards the program cost of some of the top business schools worldwide.
Requirements
  • Academic Credentials: You will need to have strong academic credentials, including an undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above.
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant internship experience is highly desirable.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Mandarin or C2 level is required.
  • Compensation and Benefits: You can expect total first-year compensation ranging from £47-56k (average to high performance), consisting of (i) annual base salary of £40,000 and (ii) uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance.
  • Pension and Health Insurance: You will be eligible for a 4% matched pension contribution on qualified earnings and comprehensive private health insurance coverage and dental insurance.
  • Work-Life Balance: You will have 25 vacation days in addition to bank holidays and business closure between Christmas and New Year's, as well as the option to work from home on Fridays.
