About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate to join our Client Service team at AlphaSights. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with our clients and experts, and will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Expert Matching: You will spend a significant amount of time speaking with experts who are uniquely relevant matches for our clients' projects, often under tight deadlines.
  • Project and Market Context: You will need to understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which our clients and experts operate.
  • Project Ownership: You will take ownership of every aspect of your projects, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration between them.

Requirements
  • Academic Credentials: You will need to have strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above).
  • Extracurricular Achievement: You will need to have noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
  • Relevant Internship Experience: You will need to have relevant internship experience.
  • Language Skills: You will need to be fluent in English and Spanish or C2 level, and experience living or working in continental Europe is desired.
Benefits
  • First-Year Compensation: You can expect total first-year compensation ranging from £47-56k (average to high performance) consisting of (i) annual base salary of £40,000 and (ii) uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance.
  • Pension Contribution: We offer a 4% matched pension contribution on qualified earnings.
  • Health Insurance: We provide comprehensive private health insurance coverage and dental insurance.
  • Vacation Days: You will receive 25 vacation days in addition to bank holidays and business closure between Christmas and New Year's.
  • Work-Life Balance: You will have the option to work from home on Fridays.
