Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience when making a claim.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers to discuss their options and provide clear and concise information about the repair journey of their vehicle.
  • Prioritize giving customers a smooth journey throughout the process, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Proactively chase updates from suppliers and update customers on the status of their claim.
  • Validate claims and policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure system information is up-to-date and accurate, demonstrating effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Making and taking calls from internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Work towards department and business targets, ensuring that customer satisfaction and resolution rates are met.
  • Refer any suspected fraud cases to our Specialist Unit for further investigation.
  • Process payments and ensure that customer transactions are accurate and secure.

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to empathize and provide solutions to customer queries.
