Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate quotes for New Business and Renewals, acting as a point of reference for Assistants.
  • Engage with clients through phone and email to enhance retention and achieve sales objectives.
  • Address inquiries through multiple channels while ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Strong collaborative spirit.
  • Effective time management capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail in all tasks.
  • A valid clean driving license.
Experience:
  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar position or experience in Commercial Motor Fleet.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred GCSE level education.
  • Cert CII qualification is a plus.
