About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic sales and marketing team at BookBrunch Limited. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales turnover across the entire book trade, with a major focus on key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key customer, publisher, and rep relationships to achieve sales growth and outperform targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales turnover and expand our customer base.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director and Sales and Marketing Executive to achieve our growth plans.
  • Manage the freelance sales team to ensure effective sales coverage and customer relationships.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in key account management and business development.
  • Proven experience of achieving sales budgets and targets.
  • Good relationships with retailers across the UK book trade.
  • Ability to confidently communicate, present, and negotiate on all levels.
  • Self-motivator with ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
