Key Duties:
  • Generate quotes for New Business and Renewals, acting as a referral point for Assistants.
  • Engage with clients through phone and email to enhance retention and meet sales objectives.
  • Address inquiries through various channels while ensuring compliance with service level agreements.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong collaborative spirit.
  • Effective time management capabilities.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure.

Experience Required:
  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar position or experience in Commercial Motor Fleet.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred GCSE level education.
  • Cert CII qualification is a plus.
