Convenience Store Business Manager

To be a successful Store Manager at Sainsbury's, you don't necessarily need retail experience. If you're a leader who can inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day, by analyzing reports and data and transforming that insight into actionable improvements that your team understands and can get behind, then you'll thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities- While your team of Customer and Trading Managers will run the shifts and manage the day-to-day, you'll have ultimate control of how the store performs.
- You'll need to ensure everything is safe and compliant for customers and staff.
- You'll also develop all the talent in your teams, making sure that there's a pipeline of people who are motivated and equipped to move into management roles and beyond.
This role will give you the experience you need to move up into senior management in a larger Sainsbury's store, if that's what you aspire to.
