About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our convenience store team. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales, customer service, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of Customer and Trading Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact store performance.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or convenience store environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
