Store Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Workingmums. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in our fashion retail store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and team productivity to identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fashion retail environment.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
