Job Description

A National Accounts Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting and engaging with different parts of the organization, interacting with internal or external customers, and contributing to the efficiency of the organization.

This role involves working on own initiative, supporting particular areas, working across teams, and resolving issues. The successful candidate will have a secure, long-term career in an industry and company that is here to stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, completing set modules on time and attending college as necessary.
  • Work shadow a colleague and develop an understanding of office procedures through on-the-job training.
  • Use Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Learn Crown administrative procedures and how to use in-house software.
  • Build relationships and maintain regular contact with customers, keeping them fully updated in relation to all open work orders for their site.
Additional Responsibilities
  • CRM support (loading account details, verifying accuracy, loading opportunities) working with National Accounts Managers, assisting with forecasting.
  • Checking shipping and build times against project delivery plans. Liaising with Project Manager and/or Sales admin.
  • Participating in National Account meetings locally and regionally when required.
  • National Accounts Truck library (creating a separate library for Nationals only).
  • Installation/Warranty reports.
  • Setting up contracts/FMC.
  • Central contact point for asset movements, action changes on the fleet lists, managing customer portal, invoice queries, and raising credits.
Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers. They will also have a willingness to learn, be able to follow instructions, and have a strong work ethic.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of A*-C / 4-9 grades or equivalent in Maths and English, and be IT literate with experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

They will also have the ability to work efficiently and accurately, prioritize workload, and work under their own initiative.
