Crown is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented National Accounts Coordinator Apprentice to join our team. As an Apprentice Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our National Accounts team and contributing to the efficiency of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, completing set modules on time and attending college as necessary.
  • Work shadow a colleague and develop an understanding of office procedures through on-the-job training.
  • Use Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel to manage tasks and communicate with colleagues and customers.
  • Learn Crown administrative procedures and how to use in-house software to streamline processes.
  • Build relationships and maintain regular contact with customers, keeping them fully updated on all open work orders for their site.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • CRM support, including loading account details, verifying accuracy, and loading opportunities, working closely with National Accounts Managers to assist with forecasting.
  • Checking shipping and build times against project delivery plans and liaising with Project Managers and Sales Administrators as necessary.
  • Participating in National Account meetings locally and regionally when required.
  • Managing the National Accounts Truck library and creating a separate library for National Accounts only.
  • Preparing installation and warranty reports, setting up contracts, and managing customer portal.
  • Acting as a central contact point for asset movements, action changes on the fleet lists, and managing customer queries.

Person Specification:

  • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Friendly and able to build relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • A*-C / 4-9 grades or equivalent in Maths and English as a minimum.
  • I.T. literate and familiar with Microsoft "Word", "Excel" or equivalent software.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
  • Highly motivated and able to work as a team member with good interpersonal, communication, and literacy skills.

Vacancy Details:

  • Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday - 09.00am to 5.30pm with one hour for lunch, Friday - 09.00am to 5.00pm with one hour for lunch.
