Job Summary

Crown is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented National Accounts Coordinator Apprentice to join our team. As a National Accounts Coordinator Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting our National Accounts team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship, completing set modules on time and attending college as necessary.
  • Work shadow a colleague and develop an understanding of office procedures through on-the-job training.
  • Use Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel to manage customer relationships and administrative tasks.
  • Learn Crown administrative procedures and how to use in-house software to support business operations.
  • Build relationships and maintain regular contact with customers, keeping them fully updated on all open work orders for their site.
  • Provide CRM support, loading account details, verifying accuracy, and loading opportunities, working closely with National Accounts Managers to assist with forecasting.
  • Check shipping and build times against project delivery plans, liaising with Project Managers and/or Sales Administrators as needed.
  • Participate in National Account meetings locally and regionally when required.
  • Manage the National Accounts Truck library, creating a separate library for National Accounts only.
  • Prepare installation and warranty reports, setting up contracts, and managing customer portal access.
  • Act as a central contact point for asset movements, action changes on the fleet lists, and general customer inquiries.

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate who is willing to learn, can follow instructions, and possesses excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. You should be friendly, able to build relationships with colleagues and customers, and have a strong work ethic. A*-C / 4-9 grades or equivalent in Maths and English as a minimum, and IT literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel, or equivalent software are essential. The ability to work efficiently and accurately, prioritize workload, and work under own initiative are also required.
