London, Greater London, United Kingdom Sainsbury's Full time

Why join us:

Becoming a part of Sainsbury's Business Transformation team places you at the helm of driving significant change and executing impactful projects throughout our organization.

As the Transformation Programme Manager, you will be instrumental in defining and executing our multi-year Transformation strategy, collaborating closely with senior leadership to ensure smooth coordination and successful delivery of critical initiatives.

This role offers the chance to work alongside diverse teams, providing insightful contributions and nurturing a culture focused on continuous enhancement.

With an emphasis on strategic programme oversight, you will engage stakeholders, bridge various business sectors, and advocate for a mindset geared towards transformation.

If you possess a strong drive, a thirst for knowledge, and a commitment to making a tangible difference, this opportunity allows you to be part of a transformative journey and help shape the future of our organization.

What you'll do:

In your capacity as the Transformation Programme Manager within the Transformation Division, you will be vital in shaping and executing the organization's transformation agenda.

Working in tandem with the Head of Programme Integration, your duties will encompass providing oversight, ensuring connectivity, and delivering value-added reporting to guarantee the success of transformation initiatives.

You will serve as the primary contact for all transformation-related efforts, facilitating collaboration across functions and maintaining uniformity in programme data and comprehension.

Moreover, you will manage interdependencies, oversee programme RAID logs and mitigation strategies, and assist in generating clear and consistent reporting for programme stakeholders and leadership.

Your responsibilities will also include fostering end-to-end connectivity and leadership by establishing a network of transformation leaders, collaborating with other Programme Integration teams, and applying best practices.

Ultimately, your role will be crucial in driving the delivery of change, promoting a transformation-oriented mindset, and ensuring the effective implementation of significant change projects and programmes across the organization.

Who you are:

You are an experienced professional with a growth-oriented mindset and a proven track record in successfully executing major change projects and programmes across various functions.

Your strong organizational capabilities and structured problem-solving approach enable you to provide clarity and assurance regarding project and benefit delivery, ensuring consistent data collection and programme information.

You excel at risk mitigation and facilitating issue resolution while maintaining regular, high-quality engagement with key transformation leaders.

Your ability to connect various projects and segments of the business allows you to build a robust network, align outcomes, and encourage knowledge sharing.

With a passion for continuous learning, agile methodologies, and effective stakeholder management, you play a pivotal role in driving successful programme management and delivering meaningful transformation results.

We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds and experiences.

At Sainsbury's, there are always opportunities to explore new challenges, whether within an evolving team or across different areas of the business, and we take your development seriously, ensuring you receive the support you need.

We also recognize and celebrate colleagues who go above and beyond, and wherever feasible, we offer flexible working arrangements. When you join our team, you will also gain access to an exceptional range of benefits.
