Fight 4 Change is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Programmes Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in driving our mission forward by developing and implementing programmes that empower and enact change through sport.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with community members, local organisations, and stakeholders to promote the mission of Fight 4 Change.
- Oversee the running of all London programmes, ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets are met.
- Manage leadership training, social action projects, training courses, and events.
- Gather and analyse community feedback to inform programme development and improvements, ensuring our activities meet the needs of those we serve.
- Ensure all sessions meet best practice and are constantly evolving to meet community and young people's needs.
- Recruit, train, and manage volunteers, providing them with the support they need to be successful in their roles.
- Establish and implement strategies for community outreach to expand our reach and impact within new and existing communities.
- Monitor and report on the progress of community initiatives, using data to showcase success stories and identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure a cohesive approach to community engagement and advocacy efforts.
- Demonstrate a strong passion and commitment to social justice and community empowerment, reflecting Fight 4 Change's mission.
- Possess excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse communities effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Have experience organising and coordinating events or projects that bring people together for a common cause.
- Be adept at using social media platforms to promote events, engage community members, and amplify our message.
- Work collaboratively with team members, partners, and volunteers, ensuring inclusivity and respect in every interaction.
- Be resourceful and innovative, capable of solving problems creatively to overcome challenges in community coordination.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritising and adapting as needed to meet the goals of Fight 4 Change.
