We are seeking a motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to foster and maintain robust professional relationships.
The Channel Engagement Coordinator will play a crucial role in sustaining and expanding business within the public sector, offering guidance on procurement processes and the utilization of frameworks to assist clients in their purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities -
- Inform potential clients about new products and service enhancements
- Assist the Channel Executive in identifying procurement opportunities nationwide by reaching out to prospective clients in emerging markets while nurturing existing relationships
- Manage ongoing client relationships to maximize success rates, ensuring all necessary contract documentation is executed
- Document procurement activities, including interactions with clients, suppliers, and frameworks
- Consistently achieve key performance indicators related to procurement activities and framework usage, regularly updating the Channel Executive on performance
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by the public sector and demonstrate knowledge of the products/services offered
What We Require From You -
- Experience in building relationships and networking with key decision-makers
- A proven ability to drive revenue growth through lead generation is preferred but not mandatory
- Capability to take initiative and manage time effectively for optimal productivity
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and effective messaging to colleagues, clients, and suppliers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
