Position Overview

Hop Talent is a dynamic organization specializing in providing ideal environments for professional practitioners. We are currently seeking a Client Relations Coordinator/Office Manager to become an integral part of our team as we expand our operations.

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Client Relations Coordinator. In this role, you will be tasked with fostering and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their space requirements are met effectively. You will serve as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their needs and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Engaging with new inquiries and potential clients.
  • Conducting property tours and finalizing agreements.
  • Following up with previous leads to rekindle interest.

Client Account Management:

  • Maintaining regular communication with all clients.
  • Facilitating additional sales as clients require more space.
  • Assisting clients with any billing inquiries they may encounter.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for all client-related questions and concerns.

Facility Oversight:

  • Addressing and coordinating responses to client concerns regarding facility management.
  • Overseeing maintenance tasks and liaising with service providers.

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £35,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
