Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrator to join our team at Howells Recruitment. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our Senior Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and place job adverts on behalf of senior team members, ensuring accurate and timely posting.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, book events, and make restaurant reservations as needed.
  • Manage CRM system administration, ensuring all candidate and client activity is logged and up-to-date.
  • Format candidate CVs to match our company branding, highlighting relevant skills and experience.
  • Support the senior team in resourcing candidates, utilizing job boards and LinkedIn to identify suitable candidates.
  • Book interviews with candidates and clients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Complete background and compliance checks, including right to work and criminal record checks, as required.
  • Provide general office administrative support, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate team member.

Requirements:

  • Engaging personality and strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
  • Self-motivated and determined, with excellent IT and administrative skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Organized individual who can work autonomously and as part of a team, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload.
  • Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Driven, proactive, confident, and resilient, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
