We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at Office Angels. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-planned Maintenance: Plan and schedule maintenance visits for field-based engineers, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Customer Service: Handle customer enquiries and breakdowns over the phone, providing exceptional customer service.
- Coordination: Liaise with engineers on the phone to assist with scheduling and coordination.
- RAMs and Compliance: Prepare Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMs) for engineer's site visits and ensure all activities comply with our client's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including logging of information for jobs, accurate input of contact information and updates, and training course administration for engineers.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in planning pre-planned maintenance or scheduling work is essential.
- Administration Skills: Strong administration skills gained within a similar industry, such as engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, or installation.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with strong problem-solving abilities and creativity to find effective solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- IT Skills: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in relevant software and systems.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
