Job Overview

Our Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems, or services, providing detailed technical product information, and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territories, industries, or accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create strategic territory plans for Accounts and Key Accounts.
  • Research and develop data for PAM, TAM, and SAM to inform customer strategies.
  • Drive the development of customer roadmaps and communicate through the organization using SFDC as a platform.
  • Build customer partnerships by demonstrating a strong value proposition and ECE.
  • Identify competitive landscapes and perform competitive analysis.
  • Understand and communicate market and technology trends influencing near- and long-term strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to create and execute growth plans for near- and long-term goals.
What We're Looking For
  • Sales Management experience.
  • Relevant product or industry experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to build relationships with multiple organization functions.
  • Technical and commercial education or experience, such as Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • A professional level of business acumen and commercial understanding.
  • Proven track record in business development and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Clear strategic thinking with the ability to execute priorities.
  • Project Management experience facilitating complex projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • Self-motivation with the ability to perform in a demanding environment.
  • Strong communication, selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target and results-driven.
  • Microsoft Office and SAP experience.
