Role and Responsibilities
  • Create multiple strategic territory plans for Accounts and Key Accounts, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Research and develop data for PAM, TAM, and SAM to inform customer strategy and optimize sales performance.
  • Develop and communicate customer roadmaps, leveraging Salesforce as a platform, to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong customer partnerships by demonstrating a strong value proposition and exceptional customer experience.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on market and technology developments that impact near- and long-term strategy, ensuring TE Connectivity remains a leader in the industry.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to create and execute a growth plan, driving business results and achieving sales targets.
  • Communicate and influence growth plans to internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and alignment.
Requirements
  • Sales Management experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Relevant industry experience and knowledge of products, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Technical and commercial education/experience, such as Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, would be beneficial.
  • A professional level of business acumen and good commercial understanding, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions.
  • Proven track record in business development, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Clear strategic thinker with the ability to execute on priorities, driving business results and achieving sales targets.
  • Project Management experience, with the ability to facilitate complex projects and drive results.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and a willingness to travel, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to perform in a demanding environment, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Strong communication, selling, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Target and results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Microsoft Office and SAP experience, with the ability to leverage technology to drive business results.
