Role and Responsibilities
  • Create multiple strategic territory plans for Accounts and Key Accounts, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Develop and utilize data for PAM, TAM, and SAM to inform customer strategy and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to create and execute a growth plan for near and long-term success.
  • Build strong, credible relationships with multiple organization functions (internal and external) to drive business results.
  • Identify and mitigate competitive risks, and stay up-to-date on market and technology trends.
  • Communicate and influence growth plans to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
What Your Background Should Look Like
  • Sales Management experience, with a proven track record in business development and ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Experience with relevant products and/or industry experience, with a strong understanding of electro-mechanics and electronics.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with multiple organization functions.
  • Technical and commercial education/experience, with a focus on electrical engineering or industrial engineering.
  • A professional level of business acumen and good commercial understanding, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
