Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our Student Business Team as a Student Experience Assistant. The successful candidate will contribute to the day-to-day operation of the team, ensuring effectiveness and quality in service delivery and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with other teams within the Admissions and Student Lifecycle Services department to deliver an excellent customer service to our students.
  • Provide information, advice, and support to academic departments.
  • Work closely with our IS colleagues to inform and develop the student record systems.
  • Undertake a range of administrative tasks to support the team's activities.
Requirements
  • Education to a minimum of HNC level in a relevant subject or significant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational/planning skills, a wide range of IT skills, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work with a high level of personal responsibility and initiative, and be comfortable and effective in interacting with, and influencing, key internal and external stakeholders at a wide range of levels.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Previous experience of a student record system.
