Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Food and Beverage team at Seaham Hall. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive service to guests during meals, taking care of their needs and preferences.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the working areas, ensuring a 5-star standard of service.
  • Upsell menu items, such as desserts, starters, and drinks, to enhance the guest experience.
  • Attend training sessions to gain knowledge of the menu and provide guidance and recommendations to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer service and maintain a positive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or bar environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Simphony software is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively with management, team members, and guests in a professional manner.
