About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Functional Assessor to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assessing the functional capacity of individuals and providing high-quality reports to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough and accurate assessments of individuals' functional capacity, using standardized tools and techniques.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Produce high-quality reports that are clear, concise, and meet the required standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, guidelines, and best practices in functional assessment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 1 year post-registration experience as a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Basic salary of £38,500 - £41,500* + 5% retention bonus + rising to 10% quality & retention bonus *OTE: £45,650 (Part time varies).
