Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals to determine their functional capacity and provide detailed reports.
- Use your expertise to identify and assess the impact of impairments on an individual's ability to perform daily activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical and functional assessment guidelines and best practices.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet productivity targets and deadlines.
- At least one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic.
- Full registration with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with a valid PIN and no restrictions.
- Excellent observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and delve deeper.
- Ability to work efficiently, produce timely reports, and meet targets.
- Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office, and remote system access.
- A valid driving license or access to transportation to attend the nearest assessment centre.
