As a Nurse Functional Assessor, you will work with a diverse range of customers, handling challenging situations and developing your clinical knowledge and assessment skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephone, video, or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.
  • Produce factual reports to help the Department for Work and Pensions determine eligibility for benefits.
  • Work with a variety of cases across a range of conditions, using your clinical expertise to deliver a quality and respectful service.
