Vetro Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Youth Support Specialist to join our team. This unique role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of three young individuals (aged 11 to 17) with complex needs residing in Hertford.

As a Youth Support Specialist, you will act as a mentor, educator, and guide, providing comprehensive support to help these young people navigate their challenges and thrive. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, from fostering routine and structure to engaging in therapeutic conversations and facilitating enriching experiences such as horse riding, painting, or virtual schooling.

This position requires a versatile individual with a genuine passion for youth development and experience working with children and teenagers. You will be part of a collaborative team of eight professionals, working on a shift/rota basis to ensure comprehensive care. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to work day/night shifts, including sleeping in.
