The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for youth development and have previous experience working with children and teenagers. You will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and mentorship to our young clients, helping them to navigate their challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to young clients, helping them to develop life skills and achieve their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Engage in activities that promote social, emotional, and educational development, such as horse riding, painting, and virtual schooling.
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical and emotional well-being of our clients.
  • Work flexible hours, including day and night shifts, to ensure that our clients receive the support they need.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children and teenagers.
  • A manual UK driving license and ability to travel to other sites/residences.
  • Flexibility to work on day/night rotas, including sleeping in.
  • Passion and dedication to youth development.
