Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate groupwork projects and one-to-one support to young people
  • Manage a team of Youth Support Workers and Volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Handle safeguarding issues and health and safety concerns, ensuring the well-being of service users
  • Forge relationships with partner organizations to enhance service delivery
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing IT systems effectively

Requirements

  • Experience in youth work, either paid or voluntary
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with vulnerable and at-risk young people
  • Good IT, record-keeping, and organizational skills
