About the Role:

Sovos Compliance is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building market demand for our solutions and services by arranging sales meetings with potential business prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, sales prospecting, and following up on marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and execute territory plans in collaboration with Account Executives to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and execute improvements to business development processes and tools.
  • Manage multiple priorities concurrently and actively manage tasks to ensure effective pipeline development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with mid-executive level contacts at clients.
  • Effective planning, organizing, and prioritization.
  • Fluency in German.
