About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Sovos Compliance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building market demand for our tax compliance solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field, such as business, finance, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
