About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Development Manager to join our team at Jewson Partnership Solutions. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for delivering and implementing our growth plan, ensuring customer solutions and support are aligned with their visions, strategies, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Public Sector clients, including Housing Associations, Local Authorities, and their contractors
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and leverage the scale of the business to deliver customer expectations
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Public Sector sales, with a clear understanding of its influencing factors
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Proven track record of sales and margin growth, with the ability to turn analysis into profit
  • Results-oriented with highly developed financial and commercial acumen
  • Able to influence and negotiate at all levels
