Business Development Manager

Join Data Careers Ltd as a Business Development Manager and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and business acumen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling solutions and proposals
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the employee engagement, sales incentives, loyalty, or events sector
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and winning deals in excess of £250,000
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and proactive sales hunter with a strong work ethic
