Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling solutions and proposals
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the employee engagement, sales incentives, loyalty, or events sector
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and winning deals in excess of £250,000
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated and proactive sales hunter with a strong work ethic
