We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Winner FM. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving company revenue through the identification, acquisition, and growth of new business relationships and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the cleaning industry
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Attend industry-specific events, conferences, and seminars to network and gather leads
- Collaborate with senior management to determine short and long-term goals aligned with the company's strategy
- Nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other partners through regular contact and meeting sales calls
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to strategically position the company
- Participate in the mobilization process of new contracts and attend meetings for the first 3 months
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure sufficient activity to secure sales and new opportunities
- Proven experience in a business development role within the cleaning industry
- Strong understanding of the cleaning industry and market trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Self-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and other CRM systems
