Team Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Team Assistant to join our team at Hays Business Support. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our directors, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist directors with projects, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Coordinate meetings and calls
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers, ordering supplies, and initiating payments
  • Manage correspondence and post
  • Bookkeeping and accounting projects
  • Handle and archive electronically-stored information
  • Process expenses
  • Internet research assignments

Requirements:

  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, work well in a small team, and enjoy a challenge
  • Competent in using Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat
  • Interest in bookkeeping, accounting, and data analysis
  • Calm and friendly approach, with a good sense of humour
