Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Team Assistant to join our team at Hays Business Support. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our directors, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist directors with projects, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Coordinate meetings and calls
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers, ordering supplies, and initiating payments
- Manage correspondence and post
- Bookkeeping and accounting projects
- Handle and archive electronically-stored information
- Process expenses
- Internet research assignments
Requirements:
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Self-motivated, work well in a small team, and enjoy a challenge
- Competent in using Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat
- Interest in bookkeeping, accounting, and data analysis
- Calm and friendly approach, with a good sense of humour
