About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and sales through relationships with specifiers and key contractors.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a sales strategy that meets customer needs and maximizes market share. You will work closely with our technical team to provide solutions to specifiers and contractors, ensuring a strong order book of sales that can be delivered through our distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Solutions selling strategy, growth, and lead generation within your defined area.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Work closely with the Technical Solutions team to provide technical support and solution design.
  • Identify opportunities for utilizing existing brands for further acquisition and company growth into new sectors within the HVAC sector.
  • Meet and exceed all KPIs outlined by your Manager.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience within a technical and engineering discipline or be educated to HND/Degree level.
  • Proven track record of delivering lead generation and sales across multiple channels and multiple market segments.
  • Experience of senior-level negotiation and dealing with conflict.
  • Ability to use mathematical concepts to create solutions for presentation and implementation to a non-technical audience.
  • Highly numerate, ability to turn data into information and action.
