We are currently looking for a dedicated Behavioral Support Specialist to become a part of our Alternative Provision Team.

In this role, you will work under supervision to execute educational programs for individuals or groups, particularly those who may require specialized knowledge in behavior management. Your responsibilities will include providing tailored support for students identified as needing behavioral assistance, as well as offering in-class support for all students as needed.

We seek candidates who:

  • Can establish strong, positive relationships with students
  • Exhibit resilience and possess experience in delivering educational support with effective discipline
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, presence, and authority with a proactive attitude
  • Are highly organized, motivated, and committed to achieving success
  • Can assist students exhibiting challenging behaviors
  • Are collaborative team members who will ensure consistent and constructive feedback regarding students
