Salaries are distributed in 12 equal monthly payments.

We are currently in search of a dedicated Behavioral Support Facilitator to become a vital part of our Alternative Provision Team.

In this role, you will work under supervision to execute tailored work programs for individuals or groups, particularly focusing on those who require specialized knowledge in behavior management. Your responsibilities will include providing targeted support for students with behavioral challenges and additional educational needs, as well as offering in-class assistance for all students as directed.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Possess the ability to cultivate strong, positive relationships with students
  • Demonstrate resilience and have experience in delivering educational support with effective discipline
  • Exhibit enthusiasm, presence, and authority with a proactive, positive attitude
  • Are highly organized, motivated, and committed to achieving success
  • Can support students exhibiting challenging behaviors
  • Are collaborative team members who ensure consistent and constructive feedback regarding students
